πŸ” 3-STEP NOTICE (COMMITMENT SYSTEM)

This letter is part of a clear 3-step system:πŸ‘‰ No one can say: β€œI didn’t know.”

  1. Notice: Early notification
  2. 2nd Notice: Reminder
  3. 3rd Notice: Final binding request

πŸ‘‰ Any non-participation is a conscious decision.

πŸ‘₯ BINDING PARTICIPANTS

  • Denis Mitei (Baseball5-NKA_B Chair / SHG SRB5C Chair)
  • Barnaba Kwanjeli (TFC Chair)
  • Moses (future EAT Chair)
  • Kiza (YETC Chair)

(all NADEUM members and LYF assistant coaches)

⚠️ KEY REQUIREMENT – INTERNET IS MANDATORY

We know there are challenges in Africa:Nevertheless, it is clear:

  • limited financial resources
  • paid internet slots

πŸ‘‰ It is your own responsibility to organise internet access for this period.

πŸ‘‰ LYF is an absolute priority during this time.

If you cannot log in, this does not mean:

β€œIt wasn’t possible”

But rather:

πŸ‘‰ β€œI didn’t make it a priority.”

❗ IMPORTANT – SYSTEM CHANGE

  • No more Word documents will be created
  • All content is available on the LYF website
  • Every co-trainer must find their way around the site independently

πŸ‘‰ This is part of your training as a trainer.

🎯 TRAINING OBJECTIVE

  • Strengthen personal responsibility
  • Ensure independent working
  • Clarify understanding of roles (trainer vs. teacher)
  • Establish binding implementation within the system

🧭 DAILY PROGRAMME (1.5 hours)

  1. Opening & Clarification (10 minutes)
  • Importance of commitment
  • Why we are currently going round in circles
  • Need for clear implementation
  1. Use of the LYF website (15 minutes)
  • Access to training content
  • Independent navigation
  • Expectations of assistant coaches
  1. Coach vs. teacher (20 minutes)
  • Difference in responsibility and role
  • Why LYF is not a school system
  • Expected behaviour of a trainer
  1. Business plans – status (15 minutes)
  • Outstanding issues
  • Missing submissions
  • Clear next steps
  1. Feedback from co-trainers (20 minutes)

πŸ‘‰ Everyone reports on:

  • training sessions conducted
  • experiences
  • challenges

So far: complete silence.

This is unacceptable.πŸ‘‰ Without active participation, LYF is ineffective.

  1. Understanding the LYF system (10 minutes)
  • LYF is not passive learning
  • Participants work independently
  • Coaches guide, monitor and challenge
  1. Conclusion & Mandatory Rules (10 minutes)

⚠️ CLEAR RULES (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Participation is mandatory
  • No participation = exclusion
  • No feedback = no progress
  • No exercises = no certificate

πŸ”₯ IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION

We understand:

πŸ‘‰ This change is new for everyone

But:

πŸ‘‰ That is precisely the learning process

πŸ‘‰ That is precisely what training is

Without: LYF becomes:

  • Feedback
  • Written exercises
  • Active implementation

❌ No training

❌ no progress

❌ no system

but only:

πŸ‘‰ an endless cycle with no results

🚨 CONCLUSION

If these rules are not followed:

πŸ‘‰ LYF will not last 6 months

πŸ‘‰ but over 1 year or longer

That is not acceptable.

Every participant now decides for themselves:

πŸ‘‰ to be part of the system or

πŸ‘‰ to stand outside it
