β οΈ KEY REQUIREMENT β INTERNET IS MANDATORY
We know there are challenges in Africa:Nevertheless, it is clear:
- limited financial resources
- paid internet slots
π It is your own responsibility to organise internet access for this period.
π LYF is an absolute priority during this time.
If you cannot log in, this does not mean:
βIt wasnβt possibleβ
But rather:
π βI didnβt make it a priority.β
β IMPORTANT β SYSTEM CHANGE
- No more Word documents will be created
- All content is available on the LYF website
- Every co-trainer must find their way around the site independently
π This is part of your training as a trainer.
π― TRAINING OBJECTIVE
- Strengthen personal responsibility
- Ensure independent working
- Clarify understanding of roles (trainer vs. teacher)
- Establish binding implementation within the system
π§ DAILY PROGRAMME (1.5 hours)
- Opening & Clarification (10 minutes)
- Importance of commitment
- Why we are currently going round in circles
- Need for clear implementation
- Use of the LYF website (15 minutes)
- Access to training content
- Independent navigation
- Expectations of assistant coaches
- Coach vs. teacher (20 minutes)
- Difference in responsibility and role
- Why LYF is not a school system
- Expected behaviour of a trainer
- Business plans β status (15 minutes)
- Outstanding issues
- Missing submissions
- Clear next steps
- Feedback from co-trainers (20 minutes)
π Everyone reports on:
- training sessions conducted
- experiences
- challenges
So far: complete silence.
This is unacceptable.π Without active participation, LYF is ineffective.
- Understanding the LYF system (10 minutes)
- LYF is not passive learning
- Participants work independently
- Coaches guide, monitor and challenge
- Conclusion & Mandatory Rules (10 minutes)
β οΈ CLEAR RULES (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Participation is mandatory
- No participation = exclusion
- No feedback = no progress
- No exercises = no certificate
π₯ IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION
We understand:
π This change is new for everyone
But:
π That is precisely the learning process
π That is precisely what training is
Without: LYF becomes:
- Feedback
- Written exercises
- Active implementation
β No training
β no progress
β no system
but only:
π an endless cycle with no results
π¨ CONCLUSION
If these rules are not followed:
π LYF will not last 6 months
π but over 1 year or longer
That is not acceptable.
Every participant now decides for themselves:
π to be part of the system or
π to stand outside it
