General Assemblies give NADEUM members the opportunity to review the association’s development, discuss important topics and make decisions together on matters requiring attention. Key issues relating to the association’s work are discussed and resolutions are adopted within the scope of the applicable responsibilities. The public information provides an overview of the main topics addressed and the outcomes of the General Assemblies.

Executive Committee meetings address organisational, legal, financial and strategic matters relating to the association’s work. The association’s competent governing body discusses necessary measures, reviews matters raised and makes decisions within the scope of its authority. The published information provides insight into key developments and decisions without disclosing confidential internal deliberations in full.

Connecting across borders through dialogue.
Online meetings enable members, project managers and partner organisations to exchange information, even when they live in different countries. During video calls, questions are clarified, information is shared, problems are discussed and possible next steps are coordinated. This page presents selected discussion topics and key outcomes.

Di04-00 – Project and Working Discussions
Turning ideas into concrete steps.
Project and working discussions serve to develop ideas further, clarify tasks, and prepare or implement specific initiatives. Participants discuss objectives, challenges, responsibilities and possible solutions. These exchanges can lead to work assignments and agreement on next steps. However, an official assignment or association project requires the corresponding decision by the responsible body.

Di05-00 – Dialogue Platforms and Communication Channels
Building connections and enabling exchange.
Dialogue requires suitable communication channels. At NADEUM-WIKO, these include WhatsApp chats, email, online meetings and video calls, as well as digital cloud services for the shared storage, exchange and preservation of information and documents.
WhatsApp enables direct communication between members, project managers and partner organisations. Cloud services support collaborative work on documents and the organised management of records across national borders.
This section presents the various communication channels and digital working tools and explains how they are used. It distinguishes between services and platforms that are actually in use and those presented merely as possible options.

Listening, understanding and learning from one another.
Encounters provide opportunities to share experiences, ask questions and discover different perspectives. Through attentive listening and constructive dialogue, misunderstandings can be clarified and new approaches to solving problems can be developed. This section offers space for insights gained through collaborative work and shows how dialogue can contribute to developing personal skills and strengthening cooperation within NADEUM-WIKO.
