NADEUM Personality Development Programme

Social Skills Training – ‘Light Your Fire

NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO offers an international personality development programme designed to strengthen personal responsibility, social skills, life orientation and leadership skills.

The training is led by Coach Mag. Andreas G. Andiel and supported by NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO.

Participants go through several stages of development in a step-by-step process. Each stage builds on the previous one and helps participants to further develop their personal potential.

Based on our experience to date, most participants need around 10 to 12 months to complete the entire programme.

Participants who successfully complete the programme can then apply for an additional 6-month trainer preparation programme.

Thoughts on the future – Africa, Europe and personal responsibility

Dear participants,

Many people around the world believe that Europe automatically means a better life. But the reality is more complex. In Europe, too, you have to work hard, often for many hours a day. Many people are self-employed or work under great pressure to perform. A good life does not come automatically from where you live, but from personal decisions, skills and perseverance.

This is exactly what Light Your Fire Training is all about: everyone has the opportunity to actively shape their future. Vision, discipline and personal commitment can help you achieve your own life goals.

Africa is currently undergoing a period of great change. The continent has enormous potential: a young population, abundant natural resources and a growing economy. At the same time, African societies face major challenges.

These challenges include, among others:

  • strong population growth
  • limited job opportunities
  • political and economic instability in some regions
  • effects of climate change

Today, around 1.4 billion people live in Africa, and the population continues to grow. At the same time, the global climate is changing. Scientific studies show that temperatures in many regions of the world – especially near the equator – could continue to rise in the coming decades. This can have an impact on agriculture, water availability and living conditions.

These developments mean that future generations will face important decisions: How do we want to live? Which economic paths do we want to take? How can we take responsibility for our societies?

Africa does not simply have to copy Europe. Every society has its own history, culture and path to development. Perhaps the greatest opportunity lies in finding new paths that are right for Africa itself.

However, what remains the same all over the world is the importance of personal responsibility. Every person can influence their own life – through education, discipline, planning and the courage to break new ground.

The Light Your Fire Training programme is designed to help do just that: to motivate people to recognise their abilities, develop clear goals and take responsibility for their own lives.

Because in the end, it is not only the world that decides our future – but also ourselves.
