An organisation’s legal framework provides security, transparency and reliability – for our members as well as for partner organisations, funding bodies and interested visitors. On this page, you can find out how NADEUM’s legal structure is organised, which documents are relevant and how they relate to one another. Our aim is to present legal information in a way that is understandable, clear and transparent.
The legal structure of NADEUM-WIKO
The association NADEUM is an association duly registered under Austrian law. Since 2026, it has operated publicly under the name NADEUM-WIKO. The legal basis of our organisation consists of several sets of rules that build upon one another.

The Articles of Association constitute the highest internal legal basis for the association.
In particular, they govern:

📄 2. General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The General Terms and Conditions set out the practical details of our collaboration. In particular, they govern:
the use of our website, membership, projects, partnerships, and the rights and obligations of all parties involved.
The GTC supplement the Articles of Association. However, they must not contradict them.

Since 2026, our association’s public presence has been exclusively under the name NADEUM-WIKO. On this page,
we provide information on which former internet domains are no longer operated by NADEUM-WIKO and what legal notices apply in this regard.

The Articles of Association form the basis. The General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy serve solely to set out the details. They do not extend the Articles of Association.
