A warm welcome to NADEUM-WIKO!
Every successful idea begins with a shared vision. But it is only a clear way of working that turns an idea into a sustainable project.
That is why we would like to show you how we work, what values guide us, and why transparency, personal responsibility and collaboration are second nature to us.

From Idea to Project
Everyone has ideas.
Ideas can develop into projects.
However, successful projects do not happen by chance.
That is why we work according to a clear project development standard.

NADEUM-WIKO Project Development Standard
A good idea alone does not make for a successful project.
Successful projects arise when people understand their ideas, develop them in a structured way and take joint responsibility.
The NADEUM-WIKO Project Development Standard guides you step by step along this path.
Why a project development standard?
Many people have good ideas. New ideas and visions emerge every day. Some are small-scale, whilst others have the potential to improve the lives of many people in the long term. However, there is often a long way to go between a good idea and a successfully implemented project. For an idea to develop into a viable project, it requires a clear structure, shared goals and a transparent plan. That is why NADEUM-WIKO has developed a project development standard. It helps people to plan their ideas step by step, develop them further together and implement them sustainably.
The standard is aimed at individuals, womenβs groups, youth groups, CBOs, SHGs, NGOs and all organisations that wish to develop their projects in a structured, transparent and traceable manner.
It is deliberately simple in structure, easy to understand and can be applied regardless of country, language or financial resources.
Our project development standard consists of three interrelated levels
1. Understanding the project
The βfourβ project questions
Every successful project begins with the right questions. Before any planning or organisation takes place, every individual or project team should first gain a clear understanding of their starting point, their motivation and their shared objectives.

2. Developing the project
The βnineβ steps of project development
Once the foundations have been laid, the project development standard guides each project team step by step along the way β from the initial idea through to planning and implementation, right through to monitoring success.

3. Personal development
The 9 Vision Goals
Successful projects are not only the result of good planning, but also of people who are willing to take responsibility, work together and strive for personal development.
The 9 Vision Goals support this personal development process and complement the project development standard on a voluntary basis.
We recommend that all project planners, project developers, future project managers and project teams work through the 9 Vision Goals in their own interests. They promote personal responsibility, strengthen collaboration and create a valuable foundation for successful project work.
