The first four steps

If you are confused or do not understand something, please return to the page ‘P003.0 – Social Skills Training (EN)’.

First, answer the following four questions:

  1. Name two of your unique personal characteristics.
  2. Name one or two ways in which you would like to express these characteristics when interacting with others.
  3. Describe the ideal state or the world as you see and feel it.
  4. Summarise the three previous points in a single statement.

ATTENTION

It is important that you carefully document all exercises, tasks and insights so that you retain what you have learned.
We recommend recording your answers either digitally (laptop, tablet) or in writing. This way, you can refer back to them at any time later.
