Second LYF training session

The training session will be held via Google Meet, and all participants will be sent the Google Meet link in good time.
A business plan must be submitted for this training session. As future LYF trainers and participants, you must understand your own value.
The trainer will also go through the NADEUM website with them and the links they need for their training. Should this not work due to the African internet connection, all websites will be made available in ‘Word format’ on the WhatsApp group ‘NADEUM Social Skills Training’.
All participants should log into the meeting on time for this session

dies ist eine wichtige Mitteilung bezüglich des bevorstehenden LYF-Treffens.
Die nächste Sitzung findet statt am:
Sonntag, 5. April 2026, 15:00 Uhr ostafrikanischer Zeit.
Bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird von jedem Teilnehmer erwartet, dass er konkrete Fortschritte vorweisen kann.
Das bedeutet:
– einen strukturierten Geschäftsplan (zumindest in Entwurfsform)
– ein klares Verständnis der Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten
– einen realistischen und schrittweisen Ansatz
Es geht hier nicht um Ideen oder Absichten. Es geht darum, was ihr tatsächlich entwickelt habt.
Gleichzeitig muss ich einen Punkt ganz klarstellen:
Die Teilnahme an LYF erfordert Engagement, Disziplin und aktive Mitarbeit.
Wenn ihr nicht in der Lage oder nicht bereit seid, diesen Prozess zu befolgen, ist das völlig in Ordnung.
In diesem Fall werdet ihr jedoch nicht als aktive Teilnehmer bei LYF weitermachen. Das ist keine Strafe. Es ist ein notwendiger Schritt, um den Prozess fokussiert und effektiv zu halten.
Bitte nutzt die verbleibende Zeit sinnvoll und kommt gut vorbereitet.

This means:
– a structured business plan (at least in draft form)
– clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
– a realistic and step-by-step approach
This is not about ideas or intentions. It is about what you have actually developed.
At the same time, I need to make one point very clear:
Participation in LYF requires commitment, discipline, and active work.
If you are not able or not willing to follow this process, that is completely fine.
However, in that case, you will not continue as an active participant in LYF. This is not a punishment. It is a necessary step to keep the process focused and effective.
Please use the remaining time wisely and come prepared.

La prochaine session aura lieu :
Dimanche 05 avril 2026 à 15h00 (heure d’Afrique de l’Est). D’ici là, chaque participant doit être en mesure de présenter des progrès concrets.

Cependant, dans ce cas, vous ne continuerez pas en tant que participant actif au programme LYF. Ce n’est pas une punition. C’est une étape nécessaire pour maintenir un processus clair et efficace.
