Procedure and conditions of participation
Participation in the NADEUM-WIKO social skills training programme takes place in several steps:
- Read the introduction
- Create a life vision [your life goal; your principles for success]
- Contact the trainer
- Start of training [the exercises Success Principles I – VI]
The training can take place as:
- Individual coaching
- Group coaching
Duration: 6–12 months, depending on progress and participation.

Participants should:
- be a NADEUM-WIKO member, partner or interested party
- have reliable internet access
- attend regularly
