Exercises and personal training programme
Social skills training is an active development programme.
The exercises build on each other and gradually promote new ways of thinking and behaving.
The training includes:
- Clarifying life goals
- Success principles vision exercise [9 important steps to your personal goals. What is your goal?]
- Success principles exercises [I–VI] Now start with ‘the first exercise’
Each exercise includes space for:
- Notes
- Reflection
- Personal thoughts
- Creative elements
It is important to apply this regularly and consciously in everyday life.
New behaviours are developed through practice and repetition.
A licensed trainer can support you in:
- Recognising progress
- Deepening content
- Adjusting pace
- Strengthening motivation
- Not all people learn at the same speed.

- Individual support increases the effectiveness of the training.
