Exercises and personal training programme

Social skills training is an active development programme.

The exercises build on each other and gradually promote new ways of thinking and behaving.

The training includes:

  • Reflection
  • Personal thoughts
  • Creative elements

It is important to apply this regularly and consciously in everyday life.

New behaviours are developed through practice and repetition.

A licensed trainer can support you in:

  • Recognising progress
  • Deepening content
  • Adjusting pace
  • Strengthening motivation
  1. Not all people learn at the same speed.
  2. If you want to know what type of learner you are, you can work this out for yourself under ‘P002 Recognise your strengths – step by step’.
  3. Individual support increases the effectiveness of the training.
