Living conditions in Kakuma Refugee Camp
Introduction
Dear NADEUM members and friends,
NADEUM-WIKO seeks to gain a better understanding of the actual living conditions in Kakuma. Many international organisations obtain their information from official reports. These reports are important, but they do not always reflect the daily experiences of the people in the camp.
Our goal is not to complain or ask for money. We want to collect factual and reliable observations so that we can present a realistic picture of the situation. Such information can later help to better inform government agencies, international organisations and partners.
To make this possible, we ask you to provide honest, concrete and as accurate as possible observations from your everyday life. The aim is not to criticise anyone, but to describe the reality in an understandable way.
If possible, please also include photos or short descriptions.
