Legal structure of the NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO association

The NADEUM association is a duly registered association in Austria.
Since 2026, the association has been operating under the name NADEUM-WIKO.
The legal structure of the association is based on a clear hierarchy of binding regulations:
- Statutes of the NADEUM associationThe statutes form the highest legal basis of the association. They regulate its purpose, organisation, membership, organs and fundamental rights and obligations.
- Data protection regulations (GDPR)The GDPR regulations specify the statutory requirements in the area of data protection and the processing of personal data. They serve to implement legal obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and are part of the association’s internal regulations.
- General Terms and Conditions (GTC)The GTC supplement the statutes by regulating the use of the website, membership and cooperation in the context of projects, collaborations and services provided by the association. They are contractually linked to the statutes and may not contradict them.
The GTC and GDPR serve to specify the statutes, not to expand them.
