Legal notice regarding former NADEUM websites

This information concerns the following domains, which were operated by NADEUM until 2025 inclusive:

- nadeum.us
Important note on use and responsibility
Since 31 December 2025, no content has been published or maintained on the above-mentioned websites.
All content available up to that point has been removed by the former administration of NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO.
A complete technical shutdown of the websites is currently not possible in all cases, as full administrative access rights no longer exist.
Legal clarification as of 1 January 2026
As of 1 January 2026, the following shall expressly apply:
- No new content may be published.
- Any backup, restoration, publication or other use of content from these websites without the express written permission of NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO is prohibited.
- NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO and the former board of directors accept no responsibility or liability for content that appears on these domains after 31 December 2025 or that originates from backup copies, backups or mirrors.
- This limitation of liability and responsibility applies to all persons who currently or previously had technical, administrative or other access to these websites or corresponding data backups, regardless of their previous functions, roles or assignments.
Data protection notice (GDPR)
NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO has not processed any personal data via these websites since 31 December 2025.
Should personal data nevertheless be processed or published via these domains after this date, this will be done without the knowledge, instruction or legal basis of NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO.
Further procedure
As soon as technical and legal clarification is fully possible, the aforementioned websites will be permanently taken offline.
The licences for all of the aforementioned domains will expire by autumn 2026 at the latest.
From this point onwards, any renewal, continued use or reactivation of these domains will expressly no longer be the responsibility of NADEUM / NADEUM-WIKO.
