🎯 Purpose of Today’s Session
The first session served not only as an introduction but as a deliberate confrontation with personal responsibility and leadership.
Core message:
This training is not meant to keep you in your comfort zone, but to actively build your own future.
🧠 Session Content (Slides 1–10)
Foundations from:
- Jack Canfield – 64 Success Principles
- 12 Light Your Fire! Social Competence Laws
Key points:
- Responsibility as the starting point of all change
- Perspective shift: From participant → to future coach
- Introduction to entrepreneurial thinking
⚙️ Central Concepts
- Responsibility (April topic)
Each participant is responsible for their own results
- Success Formula: E + R = O
- E (Event): What happens
- R (Response): How I react
- O (Outcome): Result
- 👉 The focus is on R (your reaction) – not on external circumstances.
💼 New Focus: Trainer & Business Development
The coach has decided that, parallel to the training, preparation for a trainer license will begin.
This means:
👉 Each participant will now begin working on their own coaching business.
📝 Mandatory Assignment until 05.04.2026
Submission: Sunday, 05.04.2026 before the session begins

- Personal responsibility is a prerequisite for participation
- 👉 This applies equally to all participants

⚠️ IMPORTANT
This is not a theoretical document.
This is your first step towards starting your own coaching business.
👉 Keep it simple, clear and honest
1. 👤 My goal (Why am I doing this?)
- Why do I want to become a coach?
- What do I want to change in my life?
✍️ Example:
“I want to help people build self-confidence whilst securing my own income.”
2. 👥 My target group (Who do I want to coach?)
- Young people?
- Women?
- Refugees?
- Students?
👉 Choose just one main group
✍️ Example:
“Young men in refugee camps who have no prospects”
3. 📍 Location / Format
- In-person (on-site)?
- Online (WhatsApp, Zoom)?
- Both?
✍️ Example:
“Group training at the camp + WhatsApp group for support”
4. 📚 My coaching content
What exactly will you be teaching?
👉 Basis:
- 64 Success Principles
- 12 LYF Laws
✍️ Example:
- Responsibility (E + R = O)
- Setting goals
- Discipline
- Self-confidence
5. 🗓️ My timetable
- How many times a week?
- How long?
- How many participants?
✍️ Example:
“Twice a week, 1 hour each session, 10 participants per group”
6. 💰 My price
- Free?
- Small fee?
- Sliding scale?
👉 Important: The price must be realistic for your local area
✍️ Example:
“€1–2 per week per participant”
> Kenya = KSh; Ghana = Cedi; Sudan = Pound; Sierra Leone = SLE; DRC = CDF
OR
“Payment can also be made through help/volunteering”
7. 📢 How do I find participants?
- Friends?
- Social media?
- Church?
- Camp?
✍️ Example:
“I’ll approach 10 people directly and invite them”
8. 🧠 My biggest challenge
- Fear?
- Language?
- Organisation?
👉 Be honest!
✍️ Example:
“I’m afraid of speaking in front of groups”
9. 🔥 My solution
How do you deal with this?
✍️ Example:
“I start with small groups (3–5 people)”
10. 🚀 My start date
👉 When are you starting?
✍️ Example:
“I’ll start within two weeks of the training session”
✅ FINAL RULE
👉 No need for a perfect plan
👉 But: The plan must be submitted
⚠️ CLEAR RULE
Anyone who does not submit a business plan demonstrates:
- ❌ No personal responsibility
- ❌ No ability to deliver
- ❌ No willingness to change
👉 And cannot remain part of the programme in the long term
🧭 FINAL THOUGHT
You’re not here to wait. You’re here to get started.
👉 Small steps > No steps
👉 Action > Excuses
