Procedure and personal training path at NADEUM-WIKO / GAFÉIAS ‘Light Your Fire’ social skills training
The NADEUM-WIKO / GAFÉIAS ‘Light Your Fire’ social skills training is an active development programme. Personal and social skills are not acquired through knowledge alone, but through conscious practice and application in everyday life.
The training guides you step by step through exercises, reflection and practical implementation. You work on your personal development at your own pace.
Learning by doing
Training combines insight and action. You focus on your goals, attitudes and behaviours and immediately apply new insights to your everyday life.
Regular application gradually leads to new habits, ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour. This makes personal development stable and sustainable.
Structure of the training programme
The training programme comprises several consecutive steps:
- Clarification of life goals and personal vision
- Completion of success principle exercises
- Application in everyday life
- Reflection and adjustment
Each step deepens your clarity and expands your options for action.
The exercises in training
The exercises form the core of the training. They help you develop new perspectives and consciously shape your behaviour.
The exercise areas cover topics such as:
- Personal responsibility
- Learning and development
- Willpower
- Active action
- Trust
- Perception and reality
The exercises build on each other and promote new skills step by step.
Your personal working pace
People learn at different speeds and at different paces. The training takes these differences into account.
You work at your own pace and adapt the intensity of the exercises to your life situation. Continuous application is important.
Regular small steps lead to sustainable development.
Support from a trainer
The training can be carried out independently or with guidance. Guidance from a licensed trainer can be helpful in order to
- Recognise progress
- Deepen understanding of content
- Clarify questions
- Stabilise motivation
- Adapt exercises
The trainer will support you in effectively integrating the exercises into your everyday life.
Documentation and reflection
Please record your findings and answers in writing or digitally. Documentation supports your learning and enables you to track your progress.
Regular reflection helps you to recognise
- what is changing
- what is already working
- where you would like to practise further
Continuous development
Personal development comes through repeated practice. With each exercise, you will increase your clarity, self-awareness and confidence in your actions.
Work through the exercises step by step and regularly. Experience shows that continuous practice leads to noticeable progress.
