NADEUM-WIKO social skills training helps people consciously develop their social skills, formulate their personal goals more clearly, and take responsibility for shaping their own lives.
Social skills include abilities such as:
- Respectful communication
- Self-awareness
- Empathy
- Conflict resolution
- Responsible behavior
This training combines international principles for success with practical exercises for personal development.
What does social skills training mean?
There are various terms used to describe training courses for personal and social development. They describe similar approaches from different fields:
Social skills training
General term for training courses designed to promote social skills such as communication, empathy, and conflict resolution.
Social skills training
Formal term, often used in scientific or educational contexts.
Self-confidence training
Specialized form with a focus on self-assured behavior and conversation skills.
Group social skills training (GSK)
Standardized training method, often used in schools, counseling, or clinics. NADEUM-WIKO social skills training combines elements of these approaches in a holistic development program.
