General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of NADEUM-WIKO Zentrale
1] Scope
It is hereby noted that these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all members and partners of NADEUM-WIKO, regardless of whether they are members of the head office or a branch office. They apply to activities carried out on Earth, in the solar system and in other places in the universe:
P.S.: For branches and locations that are far away from Earth and have no means of telecommunication (*), disputes can only be settled if the legal entity, being or symbiotic being (symbiont) concerned – e.g. an AI-01 or an AI-100 to be developed in the future – is located on Earth.

- Coaching for social skills training
- Educational institutions under the direction of future NADEUM-WIKO branches
- Free creation of business models
- Proposals for states for peaceful conflict resolution
- Creation and transfer of knowledge platforms to institutions or states
2] Services of the NGO/NPO NADEUM-WIKO
NADEUM-WIKO offers the above services on a voluntary and free basis to promote social, economic and political development.
- (2.1.1) Coaching for social skills training: We offer coaching services to strengthen social skills in areas such as communication, teamwork and conflict management.
- (2.1.2) All educational institutions: The services provided by NADEUM-WIKO’s branches around the world and in remote locations are provided free of charge according to social needs and/or financed by wealthy individuals, government subsidies, international institutions and voluntary contributions.
- (2.2) Creation of business models: We create and advise on the development of business models for organisations and individuals to promote their economic sustainability.
- (2.3) Proposals for peaceful conflict resolution: We support states and organisations in planning and implementing strategies for peaceful conflict resolution both within the country and internationally.
- (2.4) Creation of knowledge platforms: We develop and provide knowledge platforms similar to ERASMUS+, which are tailored to the needs of institutions and states.
- (2.5) Fee-based services: NADEUM-WIKO bases its fees on the annual salaries of UNIDO consultants, depending on the country. Anyone who officially requests NADEUM-WIKO as a consultant (for any of the projects we have created) and wishes to actively participate must reimburse us for all expenses (working time, digital equipment, transport logistics, etc.) incurred by us in connection with this activity.
3] Access and participation
- All services are available free of charge to members and partners of NADEUM-WIKO.
- Prior registration is required to participate in certain programmes or coaching sessions.
- Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions is a prerequisite for participation in the programmes.
- All members of NADEUM-WIKO HQ and NADEUM-WIKO branches are required to register for all courses they wish to attend.
4] Responsibilities of members and partners
- Members and partners are obliged to use the materials and information provided in a responsible manner.
- They must adhere to the rules of conduct and ethical standards set out in the programmes.
- The recipient (e.g. institution or state) is responsible for the correct implementation and dissemination of information and recommendations.
5] Disclaimer
- NADEUM-WIKO accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from the application of the information or recommendations provided.
- The responsibility for the implementation of business models, conflict resolution strategies or the use of the knowledge platforms lies with the respective recipients.
6] Intellectual property
- All content, materials and knowledge platforms developed by NADEUM-WIKO remain the property of the NGO/NPO NADEUM-WIKO, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Participants and partners may only use this content for the intended purpose and in accordance with the objectives of the NGO/NPO NADEUM-WIKO.
7] Data
- NADEUM-WIKO undertakes to treat all personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. > see GDPR <
- Personal data will only be used in connection with participation in the programmes and will not be passed on to third parties unless required by law.
8] Final provisions
- NADEUM-WIKO reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members and partners will be notified of any changes in good time.
- The registered office of the NGO/NPO NADEUM-WIKO shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
9] Place of jurisdiction and applicable law
- The Commercial Court of Vienna shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions and in the event of legal disputes arising from the use of the website, the courses offered or support provided by third parties, provided that the matter in dispute concerns merchants or companies.
- The District Court of Vienna shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of legal disagreements arising from the use of the website, the courses offered or support provided by third parties, provided that these do not concern business or commercial matters.
- Austrian law applies, excluding international private law.

10] ATTENTION
All NADEUM-WIKO branches are subject to the respective law of the country in which they were established and certified. Members who use the services of the respective branch and have suffered certain alleged rights or breaches of contract at the respective branch and believe that these were not made possible in this way must contact the respective branch and its general terms and conditions as well as the respective national laws.
On 20 December 2024, a branch office was established in Kenya and certified by the State of Kenya. It has received official authorisation to commence business operations. All measures carried out or offered within its scope are therefore subject to Kenyan law.
This also applies to all future new establishments of NADEUM-WIKO.
