NADEUM offers two training courses on social skills.
P 003.1 LIGHT YOUR FIRE!
With this programme, you will understand new, individual paths and implement them confidently – with complete personal responsibility. You will realise what you can achieve when you set yourself goals and pursue them with confidence. I tell you: nothing and no one can stop you from achieving this! It teaches you not to blame others, but to act in a solution-oriented manner. Positive wording and friendly but assertive action are the key to captivating people and finding supporters for your journey.
P 003.2 NADEUM 12 Laws of Personal Responsibility
Mag. Andreas G. Andiel has discovered through his experience and personal responsibility that there is a second way to better understand and implement the ‘Light Your Fire!’ training programme.
The supplementary 12 laws make it possible to understand this type of personal responsibility much more deeply and to further intensify it through daily self-training.
The following steps enable social skills training
In the following points, NADEUM will show you how useful this training is. It is important to be aware of what this term means and what effect it has when this training is completed.
ATTENTION! It will change your outlook on life and make you a self-confident person who acts on their own responsibility.
Self-reliant social competence is the ability to consciously reflect on one’s own role and actions in social situations and to take responsibility. It is part of self-competence and social competence. It includes self-awareness, self-reflection and the ability to shape one’s own behaviour in dealing with other people on one’s own responsibility. Taking responsibility, self-reflection and the ability to recognise and utilise one’s own strengths and weaknesses in social interactions are the key elements.
Components of independent social competence
What do you need to do to actively register with us?
[1] Self-reflection:
The ability to critically question and analyse one’s own behaviour, thoughts and feelings, rather than blaming others.
[2] Personal responsibility:
The willingness to take responsibility for one’s own decisions and actions instead of shifting responsibility onto others. This includes admitting mistakes and accepting consequences. Above all, personal responsibility means actively seeking solutions and consciously using one’s own scope for action.
[3] Self-perception:
A clear understanding of one’s own strengths, weaknesses and motives in social interactions with others.
[4] Emotional intelligence:
The ability to recognise and understand one’s own and others’ emotions and to adjust one’s own behaviour accordingly.
[5] Self-confidence:
Confidence in one’s own abilities to overcome social challenges and succeed in interactions with others.
Why is it important?
Personal social skills are an important factor for success in both your personal and professional life. They enable you to build relationships, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts and motivate yourself and others. In a professional environment, they are a key qualification, as they support teamwork, leadership potential and the ability to achieve goals.
How can it be promoted?
Targeted self-reflection:
Regularly ask yourself why you act the way you do in certain situations.
Seeking constructive feedback:
Ask trustworthy individuals for honest feedback on your behaviour in order to identify blind spots.
Further education and training:
Take advantage of courses and training programmes to specifically develop your soft skills.
Willingness to compromise:
Learn to compromise and accept that you do not always have to have the last word.
Self-discipline:
Develop the ability to control your impulses and focus on social goals.

I will now tell you why this course is so important. We have observed that many people do not feel confident about making their own decisions.
Many people prefer to leave the work to others. I will be completely honest with you: the other person does their job. You will only carry out your activities if they hope to gain an advantage from it. We humans want the best for ourselves and our environment. It is essential to work as energy-efficiently as possible. This has been crucial to our evolutionary history and has ensured our survival.
We need to discuss together who makes the decisions.
In our coaching, we do everything we can to motivate all participants to give their all. Because we want them to recognise how valuable it is to make their own decisions and set their own goals.
If you wish to participate in either of the two courses, you must meet the following requirements.
1) You are an active member of NADEUM!
2) You have paid your membership fee in full.
3) You are certain that you really want to do this training.
4) Every member who has an annual income above the official minimum subsistence level must pay a contribution, without exception.
5) This applies to all NADEUM members, regardless of where they live.
6) Exception: We allow our African NADEUM members to complete this training free of charge. Why? We have found that most people on the African continent do not have sufficient means to lead a regular life.
NADEUM offers three different types of membership, as well as the option of becoming a partner.
1) You are an active NADEUM member. This means you have to pay an annual membership fee of €240.
2) You are a passive member. You know exactly what we do, and we will achieve our goals because you help us with your contribution.
3) You are a member from Africa. You want to be an active member and support our projects in Africa as a volunteer. But you are not in a position to pay an annual membership fee, in any form.
4) You are a NADEUM partner. You have the opportunity to participate in the coaching programme for a course fee. This is determined by our trainer.
When you register, you have the following options.

If you are a member of a NADEUM branch, the following rules apply for active participation.
We require:
1) Confirmation from your branch board that you are a branch member.
2) Branch NADEUM membership card. NADEUM requires written proof from your branch board. For this purpose, we require your ID card and your contact details.
3) What is your life purpose statement?
(3.1) The meaning is clear. You need to be clear about where you want to go and how you want to shape your future if you want to successfully use the following exercises. Jack Canfield and all subsequent trainers at Success Principles Coaching know full well that their idea is initially a big challenge for participants.
(3.2) The fact is: we know that it is more comfortable for people to stay in their familiar surroundings. However, it is important to realise that your complaining should not have a negative impact on the lives of others. You have the ability to change your life. You know what is best for you, and you are in control of it.
(3.3) Now ask yourself the question!
Ask yourself why you want to take advantage of this coaching, which will change your life. If the answer to this question is positive, draw the following conclusion: ‘I am striving for a consciously controlled future that aims to achieve more satisfaction in my life. It is my express wish to enable my family and myself to live a life that ensures greater prosperity for all involved.’
(3.4) Your vision is clearly defined.
If this is your vision, then you’ve come to the right place. We offer you a mental ladder that, if you learn it, accept it and do all the exercises, will lead you out of your comfort zone and enable you to live a varied and successful life.” I challenge you to tell me what your purpose in life is!
