How to become a member of NADEUM-WIKO

Welcome to NADEUM-WIKO!
We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a member.
Our organisation is seeking active members or sponsors. Passive members who only vote are not permitted.
membership criteria
1. Complete the following documents honestly and authentically:
- Life goal: The first 4 steps
- Principles of success & vision: 8 +1 questions you should answer for yourself and for us. (Why? Because this will help us understand more quickly and efficiently whether you can be part of our team.)
- Your contact details (telephone number: international dialling code +xyz (0) xx.. please send)
- Formats: Word document (.doc/.docx)

2. Our Secretary General will review your commitment and interest.
Short introductory text
- ‘After you have filled in your life goals and visions, we will conduct a short, personal coaching session to understand your commitment and help you clearly formulate your goals.’

Call to action:
- ‘After you have completed your documents, we will contact you and conduct the short coaching session.’
- Objective: To determine serious interest, promote understanding, clarify motivation.
- (Duration approx. 15 – 30 minutes)
2a. Transmission of personal documents (mandatory)
After successful completion of the coaching, the following documents must be submitted electronically:
Curriculum vitae (CV) – in tabular form, preferably as a Word or PDF file.
Valid proof of identity – either:
- A scan of the relevant pages of your passport (including the photo and signature pages), or
- A scan of both sides of your national ID card.
Additional requirement for special functions:
For persons who assume management responsibilities, are in direct contact with UN authorities, diplomatic partners, business partners or work in the field of child protection, NADEUM-WIKO additionally requires a certificate of good conduct (police clearance certificate).
3. Preparation of the membership application
Upon receipt of the documents, NADEUM-WIKO will draw up an official membership application form.
This contains:
- Articles of association
- General terms and conditions (GTC)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- The new member must insert a current passport photo at the top of the document.
- All information and data must be checked and signed (date/place) to confirm that they have been read and understood.
4. Feedback & confirmation
The Secretary General provides feedback and reassesses the seriousness of the application.
Only then is membership approved.
5. Membership fee
- Each member undertakes to pay a monthly contribution of €20.00. (This can also be paid quarterly or annually. Payments must be made by the 10th of the month at the latest.)
- Exception: For members from the African middle class and below (e.g. young people, craftsmen, farmers, illiterate people), the contribution can be reduced or replaced by active participation.
6. Completion & admission
- After signing the membership application and receiving confirmation from NADEUM-WIKO, official admission takes place.
- Members receive access to internal information, events and projects.
- Members can participate in our WhatsApp groups, which are dedicated to either a branch or a specific topic. Please note: not all groups are open to all members. The reason for this is that some groups are for internal communications and discussions between specific NADEUM-WIKO members. This is to protect all types of data. It also serves to protect the NADEUM-WIKO members themselves.
